As a former employment officer at the Federal Employment Agency, an HR professional in various business sectors, an integration officer at a major Berlin company, and a self-employed career coach in outplacement consulting, Thorsten Löffler has many years of experience working with the above-mentioned target groups.
He has also built a strong network in Berlin among companies, as well as with representatives of the Federal Employment Agency and Jobcenter. His work is grounded in integral coaching training certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Through additional education in systemic counseling, he is able to apply various coaching approaches and, thanks to his international focus, offer coaching sessions in both German and English — a distinguishing feature that sets him apart from others in the field.
When engaging freelance coaches or hiring employees, we ensure they hold a recognized, completed coaching qualification and have experience working with one or more of the target groups listed above.
